In this 10-day meditation journey, you will ease into a meditation routine and begin to reap all of the benefits of meditation. Each day you will focus on an aspect that links your mind to your body (and breath) to help you develop a practice best suited for you. Beginning and sticking with your practice can sometimes be a little difficult, so let's start slow. You can start by devoting just 5 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you first wake in the am) and gradually work your way to 15+ minutes of meditation each day. You will learn how to tune into your breath, different breathing techniques, quieting the mind, noticing areas of tension and discomfort in the body, and discovering tools to amplify our meditation experience. Special Bonus: Guided visualization meditations and a brief introduction to your chakra system are included as well.
